How does the tax center work?
The Tax Center automatically calculates your quarterly sales tax, estimated self-employment tax, and net profit — all using the cash method, which is the correct accounting method for most small service businesses. It only counts invoices you've actually been paid on, not invoices you've sent.
Is my data secure and private?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data to third parties. There are no ads in the app. Your business information is yours — always.
Can my customers pay invoices online?
Yes — you can connect your own Stripe account in Settings to accept online payments directly on your invoices. Customers get a payment link and can pay by card instantly.
